In our Buy & Build Services team, we support portfolio companies of growth investors in the inorganic growth of their companies and thus in the focused development of strongly positioned groups of companies.
As a member of our Buy & Build Services team, you steer and moderate the entire acquisition process and are the central contact for all persons involved in the process. You will support our clients in the implementation of their strategy by assisting them in the formulation of the acquisition strategy and identifying potential target companies according to the investment criteria.
Whether it's financial analysis, assistance with proposal preparation, initial contact or introduction to the target company: Along the entire acquisition process, you will advise our clients with our Buy & Build Services team with great expertise, empathy and vision in solving their tasks.

Ihre Herausforderungen:
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Buy & Build-Projekten; Durchführung von initialen Gesprächen und Treffen mit UnternehmerInnen und die Betreuung unserer Kunden über den gesamten Kaufprozess
- Durchführung bzw. Anleitung von Research-Aktivitäten sowie die Erstellung von Markt- und Unternehmensanalysen, insbesondere Bilanz-, Cash Flow- und GuV-Analysen für Kundenaufträge und -präsentationen
- Erstellung u.a. von internen und externen Unternehmenskurzprofilen und sonstigen Präsentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Directors und Partnern bei strategischen, administrativen und Marketing-Aktivitäten, inklusive dem Einbringen von eigenen Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
- In ausgewählten Fällen Unterstützung und Begleitung von Verkaufsprojekten, z.B. bei der Erarbeitung von Equity Stories, der Erstellung von Teasern, Informationsmemoranden, Käuferanalysen, Management- und Bankenpräsentationen und sonstigen internen und externen Präsentationen sowie der Begleitung und Unterstützung von SPA-Verhandlungen
- Erstellung von Pitch-Dokumenten inkl. Bewertungen (insbesondere Comparable Companies und Comparable Transactions)
Ihr Profil:
- Mindestens 8 Jahre M&A oder vergleichbare Erfahrung idealerweise in einer Big4-Gesellschaft, Investment Bank, M&A Boutique oder Strategieberatung
- Mehrere erfolgreich abgeschlossene M&A-Transaktionen, idealerweise auch im Rahmen von Buy & Build-Projekten
- Ein positives und souveränes Auftreten sowie hohe Verhandlungssicherheit (auch in Englischer Sprache)
- Eine stark ausgeprägte „Deal Closing-Mentalität“ & „Hands On-Mentalität“
- Eine belastbare und engagierte Persönlichkeit, als auch Team-Player mit aufgeschlossenem und ausgeprägtem kommunikativem Wesen

We are looking for an intern to join our team in Amsterdam from May to August 2026. (~4 months)
Tasks
- Independently researching and analysing current/potential investment fields and target companies
- Analysing key financial figures and independently carrying out company, market and competition analyses
- Preparation of decision papers for investments, in particular long lists as well as industry and company analyses
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of companies
- Supporting the buy & build team with buy-side projects
Requirements
- At least a (near) completed WO Bachelor in a business administration degree programme or comparable, ideally with a focus on corporate finance
- Ideally initial practical experience in corporate finance, management consulting or auditing
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy project work
- High motivation, flexibility and communication skills
- Affinity for the technical preparation, processing and evaluation of data

We are looking for a new Analyst or Associate to join our buy-side team in Madrid.
Tasks
- Actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies
- Conduct thorough research on selected target companies, including financial (modelling), strategic, and competitor analysis
- Analysis, preparation and drafting presentations of company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums and transaction documentation (for sell- and buy-side purposes)
- Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities
- Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements
- Analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct valuation analysis
Requirements
- An effective team player and highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, tenacity and market research skills
- Excellent Spanish & English language skills (written & spoken)
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentational, adaptability and time management skills
- Strong academics, with a completed university degree in fields such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or a science study with financial affinity
- Previous experience with exposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting or Private Equity. Operational/in-house experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
- Highly proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
