Ufenau takes a share in aTmos Group
Ufenau has acquired a majority stake in aTmos Group (“aTmos”), a leading integrated full-service provider for complex energy-efficient refurbishments of building envelopes of commercial and industrial properties with headquarters in Riedstadt, Germany. aTmos offers a broad range of solutions for renovation of building envelopes. In addition to modern roof and facade technology, the company offers industrial ventilation and air-conditioning technology as well as control and regulation systems. Furthermore, aTmos designs and manufactures highly efficient smoke and heat extraction systems in its own production facility under the Bovema International brand in Heijen, the Netherlands. With over 75 highly qualified employees, aTmos serves a diversified base of well-known customers in Europe.
