UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS ACQUIRES A MAJORITY STAKE IN GRUPO ACTIVE
Unikal Tech Partners has acquired a majority stake in Grupo Active, a company founded 15 years ago with headquarters in Barcelona. Active is one of the leading companies in the implementation and support of Microsoft business management tools (ERP and CRM), with extensive experience in the development and implementation of IT consulting and cloud services to SMEs. Operating throughout Spain through six offices, the company has a management team with more than 25 years of experience in the sector, allowing it to position itself as a market leader in high-growth IT verticals and with a recurring business model and a broad customer base.
The integration of Grupo Active in Unikal Tech Partners strengthens its presence in the country, as well as extending its coverage to the central and northeastern regions of the peninsula.
Unikal Tech Partners is founded in 2022 with an ambitious plan for inorganic growth, with highly specialised and technologically differentiated companies, with the aim of becoming the most relevant player in Information Technology in Europe.
