UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS ACQUIRES A MAJORITY STAKE IN BRAIN2STORE
Unikal Tech Partners (Unikal) has acquired a majority stake in Brain2store (B2S).
Founded in 2005 and located in Barcelona, B2S has reached a leading position in providing amongst others, tailor-made datacenter and virtualization solutions in on-premise infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid architectures. B2S accompanies their customers in all phases of the process from the beginning of the project through the initial design, during the deployment/maintenance and optimal operation of the solution.
With B2S, Unikal reinforce its position as a key provider of datacenter & cloud solutions in Spain and fundamentally in the Catalonia region.
Unikal was founded in 2022 with an ambitious organic and inorganic plan growth with highly specialized and technologically differential companies, with the aim of becoming the most relevant IT player in Europe.
Sancovia initiated the transaction and advised the buyer throughout the process.
