UFENAU CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRES MAC IT
Sancovia Corporate Finance is very pleased to have advised Ufenau Capital Partners on the acquisition of Flensburg-based MAC IT-Solutions GmbH (MAC), as an exclusive M&A advisor from initiation to successful completion.With more than 110 highly qualified employees, the IT company serves a loyal base of mid and large cap clients within the fast-growing E-commerce and Omnichannel sector. MAC advises its customers in the areas of digitization, implements, individualizes, and operates ERP backend solutions and interfaces based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The former owners reinvest into the new group and management will remain unchanged and continue its successful activities.
