TEX TAKES A MAJORITY SHARE IN WWR SIGNALTECHNIK GMBH AS PART OF A SUCCESSION PLAN

Trans Europa Express Group (TEX) has taken a majority share in WWR Signaltechnik GmbH (WWR). WWR was founded in 2007 and specialises in all the requirements of equipment construction for local track systems and outlying tracks as well as the associated control and safety technology. As a nationwide company with a strong reputation, WWR works with almost all of the key clients on the market. The acquisition of WWR has enabled Tex to develop its competence in the field of control and safety technology. It is therefore able to better serve its customers in Southern Germany.
