SWISS IT SECURITY GROUP TAKES A MAJORITY SHAREHOLDING IN DUNKEL
The Swiss IT Security Group (SITS Group) has taken a majority shareholding in Dunkel GmbH. The company based in Hattersheim was founded in 1984 and is an established IT security service provider specialized in managed cloud services. The highly qualified and long-standing team around the managing director Axel Dunkel has a high level of operational know-how in the areas of Managed Cloud & Hosting, Storage & Disaster Recovery and Managed Services & IT Security. The company offers its customers a modern cloud infrastructure in two German data centers (ISO 27001). Upon customer request, Dunkel enables on-site data collection with its specially converted cloud transporter, which is equipped with a high-end network and storage technology. In addition, the company offers IT resources on demand via a Virtual Data Center.
