SWISS IT SECURITY GROUP TAKES A MAJORITY SHARE IN KEYON AG
Swiss IT Security group has acquired a majority shareholding in keyon AG. keyon AG, based in Jona (CH), is a leading provider of solutions and services in the fields of IT security and customer-specific software development. Founded in 1999, the company with first-class references has implemented many strategic projects for the federal government and customers in the financial, insurance, trade, industrial and telecommunications sectors.
The keyon management board all agree: ‘Being a part of the Group will enable us to provide our customers with further services. We are convinced that the partnership with the SITS Group offers keyon, its employees and its customers significant and immediate added value.’
