SWISS IT SECURITY GAINS A MAJORITY STAKE IN INTELLEC

The Swiss IT Security group has acquired a majority shareholding in Intellec AG. Intellec AG was founded in Basel in 2009 and is an IT security services provider specializing in mobile device management. The company’s range of services comprises the core areas of Mobile Threat Defense (MTD), Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Enterprise Mobility Management Services (EMM). In addition to security analyses to identify possible weaknesses, Intellec offers innovative solutions for the protection of mobile devices and develops and implements optimal security levels for its customers. With nine highly qualified employees, Intellec serves a diversified and renowned customer base in the sectors of industry and trade, commerce, local authorities and municipal administrations as well as pharmaceutical companies, banks and insurance companies in German-speaking countries.
