Sancovia successfully supported Opteven, a leading European provider of warranty and breakdown services, in the acquisition of Multipart, a significant player in the German automotive warranty market. This strategic acquisition is another step in Opteven's European growth strategy and expands its influence in Germany through independent distribution partners.
Already active in Germany through an OEM partnership, Opteven is now doubling its workforce in Germany with this acquisition. Founded in 1985 by Waldemar Dixa, Multipart sells 60,000 contracts annually and operates in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Known for innovative products and excellent customer service, the integration of Multipart into Opteven will ensure smooth operations and continuous service.
