Kanalservice Gruppe takes a share in THVM Group

The Kanalservice Group has acquired a stake in the well-established THVM Group, which has been operating for over 20 years with high levels of expertise in pipe construction, sewer rehabilitation and sewer cleaning, headquartered in Leipzig and with branches in Halle and Bremen. In recent years, the company with more than 200 employees has established a leading position in the field of sewer maintenance for public clients in northern and eastern Germany in particular.

"I am very happy that with Kanalservice Group we have found the ideal partner for further organic growth of the company as well as for corporate acquisitions. As a broadly positioned company with high strategic importance for the expansion of the business in northern and eastern Germany, the foundation has been laid for the further growth strategy," says Heiko Klose, co-owner and managing director of THVM Group.

"We are very pleased that we could win THVM Group, one of the leading pipeline construction and sewer maintenance companies, for KSG. The two managing directors Heiko Klose and Peter Hossbach will continue their successful work and we are also pleased to welcome them as co-shareholders in the Kanalservice Group," says Ralf Flore, Managing Partner at Ufenau Capital Partners.
