Kanalservice Group acquires Maxi Cleaning Group
The Kanalservice Group has achieved another milestone this year. With the acquisition of Maxi Cleaning Group, based in Belgium, the group successfully entered the Belgian market. Maxi Cleaning was established in 1983 and employs 88 qualified employees across four locations. The Maxi Cleaning Group is focused on different market segment including manufacturing companies, office buildings, petrol stations, retail chains, the public sector, and private customers.
The Kanalservice Group is a leading and fast-growing full-service provider in the field of underground infrastructure maintenance (UIM, Underground Infrastructure Market) in the DACH region.
