CONSTELLATION ACQUIRES THE DENT WIZARD GROUP

The Dent Wizard International Corporation was founded in 1983 in the USA. In Germany, the current market leader in the field of Smart Repair has been operational since 1997 and generally provides a service to larger insurance providers for damage insurance. In addition, over 5,200 automotive dealers count amongst its customers. The 314 employees operate both in over 20 permanent locations as well as through a mobile service. The intention is to supplement strong organic growth through selective acquisitions in order to further diversify the service portfolio with a buy and build strategy and to gain additional market shares.
