J.REHMS GMBH TAKEOVER OF MAJORITY SHARE IN DL-TECHNIK GMBH
The Rehms Group has taken a majority share in DL-Technik as part of a succession plan. Headquartered in Essen and founded in 1999, DL-Technik GmbH enjoys a strong regional position and a good reputation as a full-service business technology provider and employs more than 55 people in its plants: heating, sanitation, ventilation, cooling, air-conditioning and control technology.
With the takeover of DL-Technik and the close collaboration planned for the following years with the experienced and future-oriented management team, the Rehms Group is able to further develop its regional market position.
