ISSLER GROUP REINFORCES THE NRW GROUP
As part of a succession plan, NRW Building Technology Holding GmbH (NRW) has acquired the Issler Group. Composed of Issler AG (Switzerland) and Issler GmbH (Germany), the Issler Group is an established, renowned, regional market leader which focuses on the planning, construction, installation and maintenance of technical building equipment for industrial, public and private clients in southern Germany and Switzerland. With its investment in the Issler Group, NRW has increased its presence in Southern Germany and Switzerland and is therefore successfully implementing its growth strategy in the HVAC market.
NRW is a leading full-service provider in the field of technical building equipment with a turnover of approx. 110 million euros and approx. 600 employees.
