IRS GROUP ACQUIRES MAJORITY SHARE IN KAROSSERIE ZENTRUM LAHR WILFRED WILLE
The Intelligent Repair Solutions Group (IRS Group) has acquired a majority share in Karosserie Zentrum Lahr. Karosserie Zentrum Lahr was founded in 1973. The company and its staff of 24 has successfully offered high-quality post-accident repairs and car paintwork for 40 years. In addition to numerous reputable insurance providers, the company’s clients include private individuals, vehicle dealers, leasing companies and industrial companies with their own fleet of vehicles.
The Intelligent Repair Solutions Group is the leading provider of smart repairs, hail-dent repairs, interiors and wheel rim treatments, as well as bodywork and paintwork. Its clients include car dealerships, fleet operators, leasing companies, insurance companies and private customers. The IRS Group currently employs about 1,500 people at more than 100 locations. With the acquisition of Karosserie Zentrum Lahr, the IRS Group is expanding its skill set in the field of post-accident repairs and car paintwork.
