Funds to which Equistone Partners Europe provide consulting services have taken a majority share in the ROTH GROUP; the management team of ROTH GROUP will retain an involvement in the group of companies. The ROTH GROUP has its headquarters in Gerlafingen (Solothurn), Switzerland, and offers its customers premium services in the field of fire protection, insulation and coatings. As one of the leading providers of fire protection services for construction and technical insulation, the company employs over 320 employees at nine locations in Switzerland. Together with the previous majority shareholder, Sancovia has already successfully supported the ROTH GROUP with three acquisitions over the past two years and therefore accompanied the successful regional expansion and the development of the existing market presence and existing expertise. With Equistone Partners Europe, the company has found a new partner who offers additional support to the strategy and the ambitious goals of the company and supports them with many years of experience and comprehensive expertise.
