CVS GROUP MERGES WITH GRUPO SUPRA
At the end of 2024, CVS Group acquired a majority stake in Grupo Supra, a company specialising in comprehensive fire protection solutions with a unique engineering department. Grupo Supra is based in Murcia and employs approximately 70 people. The company provides services nationwide.
The integration of Grupo Supra allows CVS Group to complement its fire protection division by introducing a specialist in large-scale installations and expanding its servicing offering to include security installations.
Grupo Supra has recorded significant growth since 2014 and has established a strong position in the active fire protection sector across the country. This growth has been driven by an experienced team as well as the company's innovation and technical development, particularly in the installation field.
Through the acquisition of Supra, CVS strengthens its presence in the fire protection industry and solidifies its position as a leading independent group for technical installations on the Iberian Peninsula.
