CVS GROUP ACQUIRES A MAJORITY STAKE IN PROTEKNIA FIRE
Grupo CVS has acquired a majority stake in Proteknia Fire, company based in Murcia and with national presence.
Despite only 5 years of activity, the Company has experienced a very significant growth, positioning itself as one of the independent leaders in the active and passive fire protection throughout the territory, driven by a professional team with more than 20 years of experience and being able to innovate and increase its technical capacity, especially in the area of maintenance. With Proteknia, Grupo CVS enters a new branch of activity such as fire protection and expands its presence through the national territory.
Grupo CVS was born in 2021 with the objective of becoming a leading group of integral solutions for industrial technical installations, including industrial and commercial refrigeration, fire protection, air conditioning, heating, steam, ventilation, and other complementary services in the Iberian Peninsula.
Grupo CVS consolidates its position as the first independent group in technical installations in the Iberian Peninsula.
