CVS ACQUIRES A MAJORITY STAKE IN EBROFRÍO
Grupo CVS has acquired a majority stake in Ebrofrío, company founded +30 years ago with its headquarters in Zaragoza.
Ebrofrio has a high level of expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration installations. With Ebrofrío, CVS reinforces its capacities in commercial refrigeration and strengthens its capabilities in industrial refrigeration, with special relevance in the central peninsular area.
Grupo CVS was born in 2021 with the objective of becoming a leading group of integral solutions for industrial technical installations, including industrial and commercial refrigeration, fire protection, air conditioning, heating, steam, ventilation, and other complementary services in the Iberian Peninsula.
Grupo CVS consolidates its position as the first independent group in technical installations in the Iberian Peninsula.
