COPYTREND GROUP ACQUIRES THE INTELLIGENT PRINTING SOLUTION GROUP
The Copytrend Group, which is a market-leading, specialised scanning, plotting and printing service provider, has acquired 100% of the shares in the IPS Group as part of a succession plan. Founded in 1992, IPS has three locations in Zurich and Zug and predominantly operates as an exclusive outsourcing service provider for in-house document management solutions for well-known industry clients. In this way, IPS is an outstanding addition to both the regional and industrial presence of the Copytrend Group in the German-speaking region of Switzerland. The acquisition took place in close cooperation with the owner family and with the common goal of developing new customer business for the group of companies in an attractive industrial area in future.
