The Roth Group management team has found a strong partner for growth in Constellation. The Roth Group has been taken over by the management team and the Swiss private investor group Constellation. For more than 50 years, the Roth Group has specialised in the areas of fire protection, coating and insulation. Its specialist areas particularly include fire protection bulkheads and cladding, ventilation insulation, building technology insulation and industrial insulation. Currently, the Roth Group employs 200 people in the Gerlafingen (Solothurn), Malters (Lucerne), Lausen (Basle) and Rümlang (Zurich) locations. The common intention is to continue to pursue the successful path of growth to further develop the Group and therefore to make a sustainable contribution to the development of the company.
