As part of a succession plan, the ROTH Group is acquiring wanzenried + baur ag bern which is headquartered in Münchenbuchsee, Switzerland. wanzenried + baur ag bern is one of the leading providers in the field of technical insulation in the Berne/Mittelland region and enjoys an excellent market position. The company has acquired an outstanding reputation among its customers over the years thanks to its high service requirements and stands out with its team of around 20 employees working within the field of industrial insulation as well as an experienced management team. The acquisition took place in close collaboration with the former shareholders of wanzenried + baur ag bern as well as the management team of the ROTH Group. Currently, the ROTH Group now has nine regional centres across the whole of Switzerland.
