Swiss IT Security group has acquired a majority shareholding in zapp it GmbH. Since its foundation in 2004, zapp it GmbH has established itself as a reliable IT services partner in the areas of mobility services, instant virtual extranet services, streaming services and service organization & support service consultancy. With six highly qualified employees, zapp it serves different business areas with exclusive services within the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to security solutions for mobile devices (Apple, Blackberry and Windows Mobile), the Basel-based company specialises in mobility administration, password management and implementation of gateway solutions for secure access to files in internal networks.
