QUADRIGA TAKES OVER THE IBIS ACAM GROUP

Alongside the management team, Quadriga Capital is taking over the ibis acam Group. The ibis acam Group is the leading private educational provider for the professional education and training of adults, young people and school-leavers as well as people with a migrant background in Austria. With 80 branches in Austria and around 800 employees, the company provides training to over 50,000 participants in order to reintegrate them into the labour market. In Quadriga Capital, an established and renowned investment company, ibis acam has been able to find a partner who looks to the long term and who supports it with many years of experience and expertise.
