NRW BUILDING TECHNOLOGY HOLDING TAKES A SHARE IN THE HSV GROUP
NRW Building Technology Holding has taken a majority holding as part of a succession plan in the HSV group of companies. The HSV group of companies, which consists of HSV Kälte-Klima-Lüftungstechnik GmbH, HSV Wartungstechnik GmbH and SHG GmbH Systemhaus for buildings technology, is a complete provider for system construction for buildings technology. The company, which was originally founded as a maintenance and service company working within the field of cooling and air-conditioning, has developed into one of the leading companies in the region in less than 20 years. It concentrates predominantly on industrial cooling, commercial cooling, ventilation and air-conditioning technology and exclusively serves commercial and industrial clients. At the moment, the group of companies employs 65 people.
