NRW TAKES A MAJORITY SHARE IN WÖLPPER GMBH
NRW Building Technology Holding GmbH (NRW) has made a joint investment in Wölpper GmbH in collaboration with the management team. Wölpper GmbH has been established for many years and is a regional market leader which focuses on planning, construction, installation and maintenance of technical building equipment for industrial, commercial and private clients in Southern Germany. With its investment in Wölpper GmbH, NRW is increasing its presence in Southern Germany and is successfully implementing its growth strategy in the HVAC market.
NRW is a leading full-service provider in the field of technical building equipment with a turnover of approx. 110 million euros and approx. 600 employees.
Sancovia initiated the transaction and advised the buyer throughout the entire process.
