As part of a succession plan, the ROTH Group is acquiring the Thundorf-based LD brandschutz ag in close collaboration with the previous shareholders. LD brandschutz ag is a company which enjoys an outstanding position in the field of fire protection in East Switzerland and the Zurich region. Since its foundation, LD has worked on developing a strong competitive position. The team of around 22 employees consists of a very experienced and committed management team as well as well-trained installation specialists. Thanks to many years of experience in fire protection for the construction industry, a solid company structure and long-term customer relationships, LD brandschutz ag clearly stands out from the competition and enjoys an excellent reputation all over Switzerland. This acquisition underpins the buy and build strategy of the ROTH Group whilst also increasing its market share and broadening its service portfolio. Thanks to the takeover of LD brandschutz ag, the ROTH Group now has over eight regional centres across the whole of Switzerland.
