GarLa Group acquires GDT Gründach Technik GmbH
The GarLa Group, one of the leading landscaping companies in the German-speaking region, has acquired GDT Gründach Technik GmbH. The company, based in the Stuttgart area, brings decades of experience with approximately 40 employees in the planning, execution, maintenance, and servicing of green roofs throughout Germany.
With this step, the GarLa Group strengthens its position in a forward-looking market: green roofs and facades as a contribution to ecological, climate-friendly cities. At the same time, the expertise of GDT opens up new growth areas such as water storage, retention, and the combination of solar and green roofs.
With the merger, the GarLa Group grows to over 1,140 employees, further expanding its leading role in landscaping.
