FAIR DAMAGE CONTROL ACQUIRES REPAIR CONCEPTS GROUP
Fair Damage Control Holding (“FDC”) acquires majority share in Repair Concepts Group. Based in Rheinbach near Bonn, Repair Concepts Group is a rapidly growing service provider in auditing and repairs for insurance companies. The Group provides services all over Germany, with a special focus on repair assistance, on-site surveying, voucher auditing and settlements in the event of claims arising from damage to/in company premises. Repair Concepts Group deals with approximately 60,000 claims with over 100 members of staff, and it serves over 60 renowned insurance companies in Germany.
Fair Damage Group is one of the leading service providers for assessing and managing damage and payment claims for commercial clients and private clients. Thanks to the unique combination of skills they possess, the companies within the Group also provide other appealing services to their clients in addition to their core services.
