collana IT GmbH has acquired PENTAG Informatik AG, a Swiss IT service provider based in Ittingen (Bern). PENTAG has over 20 years of experience in the IT services business and is, in particular, a specialist in software development, consulting and e-billing.
With this acquisition, collana IT GmbH is continuing its acquisition strategy in the DACH region for the benefit of its customers and broadening its expertise in the consulting and development sectors.
