ACQUISITION OF J.REHMS GMBH BY CONSTELLATION
As part of a succession solution, Constellation has acquired the majority share in J.Rehms GmbH. Based in Borken in North Rhine-Westphalia, J.Rehms GmbH was founded in 1939 and now has a leading regional market position. The family company, which has 250 employees, is a provider of heating, sanitation, air-conditioning and ventilation as well as measurement and control technology.
The acquisition took place in close cooperation with the shareholders and management team of J.Rehms GmbH, which retains an operational and financial investment. Together, the companies are pursuing the objective of permitting further growth of the company in future through selective acquisitions as part of the buy and build strategy.
